The Tappan Z Campers Special
This is great served over rice
Ingredients
- 3 pound(s) kielbasa
- 1 pound(s) light brown sugar
- 1 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
Preparation
Slice the kielbasa into thin slivers. Approximately 1/8 x 1/4 inch thick. In a medium to large pot combine the light brown sugar & cranberry sauce. Keep on medium to low heat. Being carefully not to burn the sugar mixture. Stir together well. After sugar & cranberry sauce is dissolved stir in the sliced kielbasa. Cook, stirring often until kielbasa reaches desired color. The longer you cook it the darker it will get. STIR STIR STIR. Will burn easily.
