The Best Camp Fish

Ingredients

fresh fish
instant potato flakes
buttermilk
favorite seasonings

Preparation

Take fresh fish and wash it and pat dry. Sprinkle instant potato flakes in a pan along with any seasoning you like. Wash fish in buttermilk and then roll fish in seasoned instant potato flakes until covered. Fry in some olive oil in a skillet and you are in for a treat!
