Taco Soup
This soup works well in a slow cooker or on the stove, you can make it at camp or freeze ahead. Try it in a breadbowl; clean up is just washing spoons!
Ingredients
Makes 68
- 3 cans Great Northern Beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 2-3 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 medium sweet onion (diced)
- 1.5 - 2 c water
- 1 pkg. (1/3 cup) dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 pkg. ranch party dip (dry mix)
- any vegetables desired
Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Then turn down to simmer for a couple hours - OR - put in a crockpot. Start on high until hot, then turn to low, or leave on low all day.Featured Recipes
