- 18 oz Sugar Cookie Dough (refrigerated)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Whipped Cream
- Desired toppings (such as peanuts, chocolate chips or fruit)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough into a ball with lightly floured hands. Roll dough out onto a floured surface, then into a 12" lightly floured round pan. Bake 16 - 18 minutes. Cool completely.
Heat cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave (until soft, but not hot). Whisk until smooth. Add whipped cream and spread onto cooled cookie. Add desired toppings (you can melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the toppings if desired).
