Southwest Chili Dip
- 1 10.5 oz. can Hormel Chili without beans
- 1 10 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis, drained
- 1 4 oz. can Ortega green chilis
- 1 bar cream cheese
In a 2 or 3 quart pot add Hormel Chili on medium heat until it bubbles - continually stir. Stir in Rotel (tomatos and green chilis) and additional green chilis. Add in cream cheese & stir in until most cream cheese chunks are melted. Remove from heat. Transfer to bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
