- 2 - 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Jalepeno
- 1 Yellow squash
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 1/2 c Pepperjack Cheese (shredded)
Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder and pepper seasoning to taste. Wash and clean vegetables. Cut, chop and blend all vegetable ingredients saving juices; add all ingredients and mix well in an aluminum pan and cover with foil to heat on grill. Spray Pam in the container to avoid sticking. Cook 15-20 minutes until hot. Cook chicken over grill until done. Cover chicken with vegetable mixture, top with cheese and enjoy a healthy simple meal in under 30 minutes.
