So Simple

Ingredients

  • 1  can black beans, drained
  • 1  package frozen corn or equivalent amount of fresh corn
  • 1  package tofu
  • 1  can of tomatoes
  • chili spice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and heat. Add chili spice to taste and serve by itself, or over rice, or bread, or whatever you have around. You can class it up with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, grated cheese or olives.
