Smoked Pork Ribs


  • 3  slabs pork ribs
  • 2  Tbsp  paprika
  • 1  Tbsp  garlic powder
  • 1  Tbsp  coarse ground black pepper
  • 1  Tbsp  dried thyme
  • 1  Tbsp  dried basil
  • 1  Tbsp  dried parsley
  • 1/4  tsp  nutmeg


Combine in small bowl and mix well all dry rub ingredients. Dry ribs and rub well with dry-rub seasonings. Place ribs in Dutch oven on meat trivet. Place a small amount of water in bottom of oven. Cover and slow cook over medium fire for approximately 1 hour. Remove from Dutch oven and grill until crispy.
