Shish Kabob Marinade
A great camping main dish recipe from the experts at KOA.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c oil
- 3/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 2-1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/3 c lemon juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients listed above in a seal-able plastic bag, and shake to mix. Add 2 to 3 pounds of your favorite cut of beef (sirloin, round steak, tenderloin) chunked into 1-inch cubes. Mix well. Marinate 4 hours or overnight.
Thread beef and cut up vegetables (green pepper, onion, zucchini, mushrooms) onto skewers and grill 7 minutes on each side over medium to medium-low heat. Cooking time may vary depending on your grill.
