Sausage & Peppers
This is great for camping because you can set it up and go about the rest of the days activities with no worry about dinner later in the day!
- 1 pound(s) sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 bell peppers, sliced into strips
- 3 onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can Del Monte spaghetti sauce with garlic & herbs (or your favorite sauce)
Put all ingredients in slow cooker for 6 hours and simmer. Adjust all ingredients to size of crock pot.
