Salmon Spread


Makes 46

  • 1  pound(s)  Canned salmon (pink salmon or any variety)
  • 1/2  pound(s)  Creme cheese
  • 1/2  tsp  Liquid smoke
  • 1  Tbsp  Horseradish
  • 2  Tbsp  Mayonnaise
  • 1-2  tsp  Dried parsley
  • 1  Tbsp  Lemon juice


Soften the creme cheese by leaving it out for about 1 hour. Blend all the above ingredients together, making sure they are all incorporated into the mixture. Then add lemon juice. Arrange in a nice serving dish and surround with a variety of crackers. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate until needed.
