RV Pizza-style Spaghetti


Makes 8 - 12

  • 1  pound(s)  spaghetti
  • 1  c  milk
  • 2  eggs (beaten)
  • 1  pound(s)  shredded Mozzarella or Jack cheese
  • 1  package of pepperoni slices
  • 1  jar of spaghetti sauce
  • Anise seed (optional)


Cook and drain spaghetti in a large pot on the stove. Add milk to the eggs and stir. Add egg mixture to spaghetti, mix well, then spread in a 13X9X2 inch pan. Pour sauce over spaghetti. Arrange pepperoni on top, then sprinkle with cheese and seeds if using. (cheese can be put on first, then pepperoni and seeds if desired.) Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.

At home leftovers can be frozen. Other toppings include: ground beef, onions, olives, salami, ham slices or anything you might put on pizza.
