Potato-Corn Chowder

Ingredients

Makes 46

  • 1  package Hungry Jack Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 4  c  water
  • 1  tsp  salt
  • 1  can (1 lb.) corn, undrained
  • 2  Tbsp  butter
  • 1  tsp  Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2  c  chipped beef, chopped
  • 1  c  milk

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, cook potatoes in 4 cups water with 1 teaspoon salt for 10 minutes. Do not drain. Add corn, butter, Worcestershire sauce, chipped beef and milk. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
