Potato-Corn Chowder
Ingredients
Makes 46
- 1 package Hungry Jack Hash Brown Potatoes
- 4 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can (1 lb.) corn, undrained
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c chipped beef, chopped
- 1 c milk
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, cook potatoes in 4 cups water with 1 teaspoon salt for 10 minutes. Do not drain. Add corn, butter, Worcestershire sauce, chipped beef and milk. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
