Pizza Pockets


  • 2  packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1  pound(s)  ground beef
  • 1  jar pizza sauce
  • 1  bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • sliced black olives (optional)
  • onions, diced (optional)


Cook up ground beef and add pizza sauce. I usually only add enough of the jar to coat, but not to make it soupy. Open crescent rolls and put on a baking sheet in rectangle shapes (2 triangles together). Press seems together. Sprinkle 1/3 of the crescent roll with mozzarella cheese, scoop on ground beef/pizza sauce mixture, top with black olives, onions and more mozzarella cheese. Fold in half (which makes a square) and press seems closed to avoid leakage. Repeat until your baking sheet is full. Leave some space for crescent rolls to expand. Bake in the oven according the crescent roll's directions.
