Pea Salad with Bacon
- 1 package frozen peas, thawed
- 8 - 12 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 6 - 8 crisp slices of bacon
- salt and pepper
Crumble bacon and combine with thawed peas and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Excellent with broiled steak or hamburgers.
