Overnight Breakfast Casserole
- 3 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash black pepper
- dash Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard (optional)
- Cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
- 1 c cooked sausage or diced ham or bacon
- 1 c grated cheese
- 4 slices bread, cubed
Beat eggs well; add milk, salt, pepper, Tabasco and dry mustard. Stir in meat, cheese, and bread. Put in a greased 8x8 pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with salsa.
