Momma's Thick Pancakes


  • 4  eggs, beaten
  • 2  c  milk
  • Tbsp  oil
  • 1/2  tsp  vanilla
  • 4  c  flour
  • 1/2  c  sugar
  • 3  tsp  baking powder


In a large bowl mix the 4 beaten eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. In medium bowl mix 4 cups of flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 teaspoons of baking powder (Optional; two bananas smashed).

Add medium bowl dry mixture to large bowl liquid mixture slowly while beating mixture in with electric beater; add more flour if mixture is too runny or more milk if it is too dry till mixture is creamy. May add bananas to mixture lastly if desired. Put on nonstick pan add PAM before batter mixture on medium heat, cook pancakes till bubbles appear then flip one time, till lightly brown.
