Molasses Glazed Chicken
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1/4 c cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 1/2 pound(s) chicken
Prepare in the morning, then in the evening when you're ready to eat just BBQ and enjoy!
Mix all ingredients together, then add chicken and refrigerate at least 2 hours. We like to BBQ or you can Preheat oven to 450 degrees ,arrange on a cookie sheet lined with foil for easy clean up and bake from 30 to 45 minutes until done. Always finger lickin good!
