Microwave Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4  pieces salmon fillet (fresh or frozen)
  • 1  piece fresh ginger
  • 1  bunch(es)  green onions
  • 1/3  c  Soya sauce
  • 1  tsp  sugar
  • 2  Tbsp  olive oil
  • dash  wine

Preparation

Place the salmon fillets in a microwave safe covered dish. Rub with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the Soya sauce, sugar, olive oil and wine together as a marinade. Pour over salmon. Top the salmon with slivers of ginger and chopped onions. Cover and bake in Microwave for 4 minutes. Serve with boil-in-the-bag rice!
