Mexican Chili


  • 2  packages taco mix
  • 2  pound(s)  lean ground beef or chuck
  • 1  14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1  14.5 oz. can dark kidney beans with juice
  • 1  can corn with juice
  • 1  beer


Brown ground beef in 2 tbsp of olive oil and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Stir, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and simmer for an hour. It's great over a little brown rice.
