Melon and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1  canteloupe
  • 1  package large curd cottage cheese
  • 1  package sour cream
  • 1  large cucumber
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation

Dice the cucumber and slice melon. Mix sour cream and cottage cheese and cucumber. Place cheese mix on top of melon slices. Serve with bread or crackers. This is a refreshing lunch. One of my all-time favorites!
