Magic Meatballs


  • 1/4  c  chopped onion
  • 1  Tbsp  margarine
  • 1  pound(s)  hamburger
  • 2  Tbsp  flour
  • 1  tsp  salt
  • 1  tsp  paprika
  • 1  10 3/4 oz. cam cream of chicken soup
  • 1  c  sour cream


Put onion and margarine in microwave casserole container with a lid. Microwave 2 minutes. Add the hamburger and microwave 2 more minutes - Stir to break up the cooked meat - Microwave another 2 minutes -Stir again until all hamburger is brown -Add the flour, salt and paprika. Stir to mix thoroughly and then microwave another 2 minutes. Mix in the soup and return to microwave another 3 minutes or until bubbly - Add the sour cream and mix thoroughly. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Note: Can substitute frozen vegetarian crumbles for the hamburger but add the frozen crumbles after entire sauce is made. Then heat to serve.
