- 1 package Polska Kolbaski, cut in slices
- 1 vadalia onion, cut into large chunks
- 2 hot peppers, sliced
- 1 green or red pepper sliced
- 1 jar sweet and sour sauce
- tabasco sauce to taste
Mix all items into a foil baking dish and cover tightly with foil, or make a packet out of foil and seal very tightly. Toss onto grill over campfire. Cook for approximately 30-35 Minutes, shake often.
Remove foil cover and enjoy!! Leftovers are great for a midnight snack!!
