Hunter's Stew


  • 1 1/2  pound(s)  hamburger
  • 1  medium minced onion
  • 2  cans vegetable soup
  • 2  cans beef bouillon
  • 2  diced carrots
  • 1  stalk sliced celery
  • 4  diced medium potatoes
  • 2  envelopes Lipton noodle soup
  • 2  c  water


In a large pot, over an open fire, brown hamburger, add vegetables, and sauté for about 6 minutes. Add soup, bouillon and Lipton soup. Bring to boil and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until veggies are tender. Add water as needed to achieve the taste and consistency you want. Yummy outdoors on a brisk Autumn evening.
