Hot Fudge Pie


  • 2  eggs
  • 1  c  sugar
  • 1/4  c  cocoa, dry unsweetened
  • 1/4  c  self-rising flour
  • 1  tsp  vanilla
  • 1  stick melted butter
  • 1/2 -3/4  c  chopped nuts - walnuts pr pecans (optional)


Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a well greased pie dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Sometimes the center may be moist and sometimes it may be dry. Serve warm with ice cream or plain.
