Grilled-Garlic "Soft Shell" Crabs
- 1 -2 fresh (cleaned-face, lungs removed) soft shell crabs per person
- 4 oz. melted butter
- 1 tsp fresh garlic
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Melt butter and blend in garlic and lemon juice. Over hot coals, propane or charcoal; grill crabs on a clean grate. DO NOT over cook - crabs are done after being grilled 2-3 minuets on each side. Baste crabs with butter mixture while grilling. Crabs can be sauteed in frying pan on stove with same butter mixture. Makes a great sandwich or entrée with side dishes.
