- 1-2 eggs
- green, red, and yellow or orange peppers
- dill pickles (if desired)
- salt & pepper (and garlic powder if desired)
You will need a cast iron pot or frying pan. Dice and saute bacon lightly, add all veggies and saute lightly. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder, dill pickles, add to sauted bacon and veggies. Cover and cook slowly (preferably over campfire). Cook time depends on how much you make. When almost cooked, cover with cheese and let melt for 15-30 minutes. Serve with toast.
