Enchilada Casserole


  • pound(s)  hamburger meat
  • 1  onion, chopped
  • 1  can Cantadine stewed tomatoes, Mexican flavor
  • 1  can tomato sauce
  • 1  can Enchilada sauce
  • 1  jar Pace picante sauce (optional)
  • shredded cheese
  • 1  package corn tortillas, torn into pieces


Brown hamburger meat with onion. Drain. Put in casserole dish and mix with everything except cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until hot.
