Easy Creamy Potatoes


  • 1  package hash brown potatoes
  • 1  pt  cream
  • 1  medium sized onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 2  Tbsp  butter


Spray a two quart casserole with cooking oil spray. Slice onion in thin slices and layer in the bottom about half the package of potatoes, then another layer of onions and the rest of the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, then pour the pint of cream over the top and dot with a few pats of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes.
