Easy Chicken Fajita's
- 1 Campbell Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Salsa
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 c Shredded Cheese (Pizza Cheese Mix)
- 1 Package Flour Tortilla Shells (large)
Boil chicken breasts and cube or shred after they cool, (this may be done and chilled prior to leaving the house). Mix soup, salsa, sour cream and cheese in a bowl. Add chicken breast and mix well. Spoon mixture into tortilla shells and wrap. Line them up on a cookie sheet or baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 9 - 12 minutes.
