Dangerous Cake in a Mug
WHY is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are only five minutes away from Chocolate Cake any time of the day or night!!!
Ingredients
- 1 Large coffee mug (the biggest you have)
- 4 Tbsp Cake Flour
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- Vanilla (a small splash)
- 3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips, optional
Preparation
Add dry ingredients to mug. Mix well with a fork, Add egg and mix thoroughly. Add milk, oil and vanilla, mix well. Add chips, if using. Place mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes in 1000 watt microwave. If yours is smaller it may take an extra minute. This cake can also be cooked over a campfire using a metal mug. Cake will rise over top of mug - do not be alarmed! Allow to cool a little then enjoy!
