- 1 Large, sweet onion
- 3 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 jar Mild Salsa
- 1 can Italian Seasoned Tomatoes
Cut up one large, sweet onion in the bottom of the crockpot. Put 3 cut up chicken breasts on top. Top with 1/2 jar mild salsa and 1 can Italian seasoned tomatoes. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours. Serve over rice with a salad.
