Crock Pot Tri Tip Burritos


  • 1-2  pound(s)  Tri Tip Roast
  • 1  jar of Salsa
  • Water
  • Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Guacamole
  • Sour Cream


Trim off fat from the Tri Tip Roast and poke holes in the roast on both sides. Place roast in a crock pot set on low heat. Pour salsa on top of meat, then take the empty salsa jar and add water to the jar, pour water over the meat and salsa. Place cover on top of crock pot and let it cook about nine to ten hours or until dinner time. Take meat out of crock pot and place it on a cutting board. Pour the remaining ingredients into the colander and pour the salsa back into the crock pot. With two forks, shred the meat. When the meat is shredded, place it back into the crock pot and stir meat with the remaining salsa. It's ready to serve. Add it to tortillas and any toppings and roll it into burritos.
