Crock Pot Barbecue Beef
Ingredients
- 3 pound(s) lean chuck roast
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/2 c water
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
Place beef in crock pot. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 11 to 12 hours, or on high for 5 to 6 hours. Pull apart cooked meat with forks, and serve on rolls or buns.Featured Recipes
