Corn Casserole


  • 1  pound(s)  can creamed corn
  • 1  c  Bisquick
  • 1  beaten egg
  • 2  Tbsp  butter (melted)
  • 4  oz  chopped green chilies
  • 2  Tbsp  sugar
  • 1/2  c  milk
  • chopped onions
  • 1  pound(s)  sliced Monterey Jack cheese


Combine corn, Bisquick, egg, butter, sugar and milk and mix together. Turn half of batter into greased 8 x 8" glass dish. Cover with chilies and cheese slices. Spread remainder of batter next. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
