Chili Cheeseburger


  • 1/2  pound(s)  Ground Aged Angus Beef
  • 1  tsp  Minced Garlic
  • 1/2  c  Chopped Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2  Large Jalepenos (one sliced thin, the other whole)
  • 1/4  c  Shredded Lettuce
  • 1  slice(s)  Large Tomato
  • 1/4  c  Shredded Monterrey Jack
  • 1/4  c  Shredded Mild Cheddar
  • 1  c  Wolf Brand Chili
  • 1  Large Toasted Hamburger Bun


Mix Ground Sirloin, minced garlic, half of the onion, salt and pepper to taste. Divide the meat in half and pat out into two ¼ lb patties. Cook to your taste. Place lower half of bun on plate, tomato and lettuce, last half of Chopped Onion, sliced Jalapeno and pour Chili over this. On top of this place Monterrey Jack Cheese, meat patty, Cheddar Cheese, meat patty. Place upper half of bun on top and top it off with the other Jalapeno. You may use Mustard and Mayo to taste.
