Chicken & Rice


  • 1 1/2  pound(s)  chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1  bottle light Italian dressing
  • 1  small box minute rice


Cook the cubed chicken in a frying pan with half the bottle of italian dressing. Drain excess when chicken is fully cooked. Pour desired amount of rice in pan with the chicken, add second half of dressing and add enough water to cover the rice. Bring water/rice mixture to a quick boil and shut off heat & cover, let sit for a few minutes and serve.
