Chicken or Pork Chops Deluxe
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or 6 center cut pork chops
- 1 c rice
- 1 c water
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/2 c skim milk
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 package frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
Mix rice, water, milk, mushrooms and broccoli in a baking dish that will fit into your convection oven. Place meat on top and then spread the soup over entire dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with a salad and enjoy.
