- 2 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 can pinto beans with jalapenos
- 1 small onion
- 1 package grated cheddar cheese
- 1 bottle hot sauce
- 1 package large flour tortillas
Combine Ground Beef and 1 Small Onion (diced) in skillet, brown, remove grease. Add 1 Can Pork and Beans, and 1 Can Pinto Beans w/ Jalapeno. Cook through, stirring frequently. Warm Flour Tortillas, turning often, so as not to burn. Fill Flour Tortillas with Meat and Bean mixture, cheese and hot sauce. Wrap Tortilla like an envelope, fold in half, fold both sides in, then fold top.
