Campfire Squash


  • butternut squash
  • baby carrots
  • butter
  • brown sugar


Take a butternut squash- not too small- cut the top off like a little pumpkin---scoop out a little well not too much as you are also going to eat the squash---put in a package of baby carrots, butter, cut up about 1/3 of a stick and brown sugar to the top---put the little top on, wrap in tinfoil---put right on the roaring campfire and about an hour later you have 2 delicous vegetables--scoop out carrots and then mash the squash or just eat out of it as if it were a bowl.
