Camp Omelets


  • eggs
  • green peppers
  • ham
  • cheese (favorite flavor, shredded)
  • baggies


Break two or three eggs into quart size freezer baggie. Beat them with a spoon till frothy. Drop green peppers, ham, shredded cheese or whatever you like into baggie, seal top and then work with your hands until mixed. Make sure there is no air in baggie and that it is sealed real good. Drop baggie or several baggies into a pot of boiling water. Let cook for 3-5 minutes. Take out of water with tongs. Dump omelet out onto plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
