BBQ Potato Chips


  • potatoes, cut into slices
  • olive oil
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning


Slice potatoes 1/4" thick. Lay them on a plate, brush one side with olive oil. Season to taste. I like Mrs. Dash and throw them on the hot grill, oiled side down. Brush the other side with oil, and season. Turn them after about 3 minutes and grill another 3 - 4 minutes.
