- 1 bunch ripe banana's
- chocolate chips
- peanut butter chips
- chocolate sauce (optional)
- whipped crream (optional)
Slice the banana's down the center with skins on, open slightly. Fill with chips and place about 4-5 mini-marshmallows inside. Double wrap the banana's in foil. Place on hot coals for about 10- 15 minutes, turning frequently to prevent burning and allow inside ingredients to melt.
To serve open foil carefully, add chocolate sauce and whipped topping or eat plain.
