The service provided was above any expectations we had. The bathrooms/showers were so clean, and very well maintained. Every KOA employee was super nice, welcoming, and friendly. The option to have our ice and wood delivered directly to our site was a great added bonus that made it even more relaxing. Great place for us adults to relax and super entertaining for kids. Overall great experience.

Train tracks very close to KOA wakes you up all night long. Store does close very early 5pm may have something to do with it being off season however. Staff was friendly.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and level campsite, close the playground/pool, clean bathrooms. Cons: crowded pool, undrinkable water (bring your own it's $4/gal in the shop), a train that runs nearly continuously in the wee hours of the morning. We had neighbors who had 2 extra cars roll-in just past midnight and played beer pong until 2 am - a late night patrol by staff would have helped.

This KOA needs to get a handle on late night check-ins. Two nights in a row there campers showing up at 1 am to set up camp and being very loud until 3 am. There needs to be better communication about noise expectations for late check-ins.

Our 1st time there and overall, it was great! I will say my disappointment came when I first made my groups reservations. I was specifically told only ONE tent per campsite. I had offered to pay extra for a small one for 2 kids as other KOA'S it was not problem. The same night, a group of 8 or 9 people set up TWO LARGE tents for 2 nights right next to us. Employees came and went and did nothing.

Staff and facilities were excellent. Some neighbors at nearby camp sites did not adhere to the quiet hours but we managed through it. All in all, very please with the location and the campground in general; would stay again.

We’ve stayed at WI Dells KOA before and have had a great time. This time however, our tent site (113) was not in the best condition. The entire ground was literally at an angle. This made setting up our tent very difficult.

I VERY clearly asked for a level parking area at a tent site because we car camp. We were assigned one with NO level parking while the two empty sites on each side of our did. Why ask if I had any requests if you weren’t going to accommodate them?

Very spotty internet or no internet at all. Pool was not heated although it’s advertised as such. I had a few complaints which were not really heard by staff. They say safety is of utmost importance however when big RVs had to be escorted they were the priority not safety of children on bikes. I came back after having a good experience last year. This year was horrible, they gave me a site that was on a hill so the tent felt sloped when trying to lay down. The ground was covered in sticks, not a flat surface like last time. The bathrooms weren't as clean either. The lady checking me in gave me a smart remark also about the amount of cars I was checking in.

No movies even when we asked Saturday around 6p,pool needed to be cleaned. Ladies at registration building were nice and helpful.

Non working bathroom, no changing tables, closing of the pool after done raining, and late opening the following day, park lacked swings, the removal of trees with a clear view of a school, campsites well kept, bathrooms cleaned regularly, no bugs, pool and splash pad nice, dog park good, tent sites very small.

We enjoy the stay very much, the campsite was packed but it didn't feel overwhelming. Only detail I'd advice would be increasing the cleaning of the restrooms, at the end of the day they were pretty messy.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Made our children very happy. The kids absolutely want to come back. This campsite went above and beyond for the kids. Safe enough that we didn’t have to stay next to the children. We will be back again for sure

Donna, in the front office - AMAZING!! Lance the site escort fun. Bathrooms clean. However site 65 had so many ant hills it was hard to find a spot to put tent and sit without them crawling all over you. Requested 4 times for someone to spray and it never happened. There is also a train that runs in front of grounds 24 hrs a day.

3rd stay over last 3 years. Clean, friendly, well stocked, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. Most recent stay had a small uhaul trailer. Was tenting. Charged for 2 sites to park trailer in one even though able to park across the road from the 2 sites well off the road. Seemed unnecessary to pay for 2 sites when only one was required, but understood the rationale and knew and agreed in advance.

I’d like to first say that the staff was very nice, especially Ruth. This review does not have to do with the staff. Having said that my family and I tent camp. We do that so that we can feel a little closer to nature. Instead, we were at site N2 which had the lack luster view of a parking lot and the back of a high school. This was definitely not worth the $80/ night to camp here.

Welcoming staff and clean grounds were well noted. Restrooms, showers and laundry rooms very well maintained. Rogue cats? Trains, planes and school bells will be what makes our return highly unlikely as for tent camping! We may return as cabin dwellers. Noted some of the family hotels pools were still open yet, may seek them out since yours was already closed.But again the staff was kind.

Wonderful hosts, made us feel welcome and helped us with our first KOA stay. Location is great, close to town. Well stocked store on the site. Train noise was a little distracting but we got used to it. Very clean bathrooms.

We had a good stay. We liked the shower rooms, just wish there was better ventilation in them. The one bathroom did not have hand soap in it for the two days we were there. And the train that went by was distracting. We camped in a tent and it would have been nice to know that train tracks were near by before we reserved there.

The one complaint I had from my most previous stay was being asked for my ID to buy beer. Would not have been big deal, but came from pool and wanted to bring beer back to campsite. Was rather annoyed having to show id when I am 58 years old. Was told it is law to card for 40 years old or younger, As I do appreciate someone thinks I am no older than 40, was an inconvenience, bought beer elsewhere

I can't speak for the cabins because we brought our RV but the campground was great! We were near the seasonal sites and it was peaceful, near the pickle ball courts which are very nice and a doable walk to the pool. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience staying here with our group. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool/splash pad along with the complimentary coffee each morning. The only downside was that it is right next to the Amtrak train tracks. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest grabbing a pair of complimentary earplugs from the office.

Very clean, very nice staff, lots of activities for kids. Pool and play ground was a hit, did I mention they have a movie on Fridays. Wish there was a hot tub will the kids swim. Will be back for sure
