Stayed in basic cabin 9/19-9/20/23. Cabin reeked of human urine, floor sticky, curtain did not cover window, interior of cabin not maintained i.e. webs, thick layer of dust. Informed front desk at check out. Employee stated she would have manager call me. 5 days now, no call. Will not stay here again. Will not recommend this KOA. Recommend to owner, clean your cabin. Refund my $91.36.

Campground was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The cabin was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and are very likely to stay there again

Our camper cabin proved very cozy and featured all amenities as described online. Our son really enjoyed the Pool and Splash Pad, and we appreciated the Ice Cream and Pancake Socials!

Stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was all we needed. Clean and comfy. Would have liked a microwave to heat up leftovers. The outside grounds are sandy so good idea to tap off your shoes before entering. The campground is close to everything to do.

Office staff is excellent. Lots to do at the KOA and in the Dells. Well kept and clean. My only suggestion would be increased bathroom cleanings throughout the day due to heavy usage.

It was extremely clean and staff was amazing. The pool is on the warmer side. The kids loved the activities. I will definitely make this a regular adventure for my family!

Very friendly staff. Nice that they deliver ice and firewood directly to your site. Trains do go by the campground, but they are so quick that the noise only lasts a minute or two. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location close to downtown Dells and all the attractions on the Wisconsin Dells Parkway (Mount Olympus, Noah's Ark, Ducks, etc). Staff is very friendly. Any complaints about the staff are only from those who can't or won't follow the campground rules and regulations.

We loved our cabin! It was very clean. It was so nice to have a comfortable space when we weren’t out doing activities. Close to what we needed. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

My most expensive KOA stay. The log cabin was good, but bathrooms weren't. Wet, messy floors, limited storage, and cramped space. Checkout was 11 AM; 15 mins extra cost us $20. Unacceptable for the price and service. Won't come back.

We have always camped at the KOA and decided to try a cabin for one night. For two adults, the cabin was adequate. We appreciated the air conditioning. The cabin did have a smell that was distracting. The bathrooms were clean and we are always impressed at the cleanliness overall.

great customer service by all the staff. i loved the "fresh ice" bags (HA! HA! HA!) we got every day (ask the night staff about this one). my guy said a swing would have been a nice addition to our cabin, also. great overall 3 day stay. keep up the good work !!!

A neighbor cabin had over 12 people (cabin seemed like it was for 5), not including children. Loud music and extra car or two would show up on/0ff with even more people. They had a huge tent with a large flat skillet grill to feed over 20 people, smoked everything. Nothing was done about it. I believe the rules have not been enforced,.

This is our third time here and overall we love our stays. This time we rented a cabin as well as rv site. We checked into our rv site and we’re told the cabin check in is at 3pm however they would call us if it was ready early. We checked back at 2:45 just to see if by chance it was ready and an incredibly rude staff member (Kris) said “we told you 3pm”. Unacceptable response to custome

The stay was very good as usual but only one issue. That has never happened before. There was a very rude and unfriendly lady working the reception desk . I believe her name was Kris , short hair with glasses. Every time we went in to ask questions she was very unfriendly and rude. Everyone else was very friendly. She is not a good fit with everyone else that works there that is so friendly.

We had a wonderful time. Cabins were clean and comfortable. Nice amenities like ice and firewood delivery. All employees were helpful and friendly. Especially Kris who answered all our questions. We will definitely stay again.

Love this KOA. Great location and lots of fun things for kids to do on site with the playground, pool, and splash pad. The cabins are awesome and nicely sound proofed.

We rented a camping cabin and were shocked to discover that train tracks run so close that the entire cabin shakes when a train goes by. This happens several times each night. If I was aware of this, I only would have reserved a unit at the back of the campground. When I shared my concern at the desk they were very rude and reply was that they can't move the train tracks. I do not recommend!!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
