The trip was great. The campground clean and our tent site was great. The showers could of been a little warmer inside. Would definatetely stay her again summer or fall Mother and son

The host a husband and wife team were so nice and helpful! They stayed a little late to help check us in. And were so kind and helpful. We appreciate it very much. In today's world customer service is dead. And they proved it was alive and well at your KOA. Thank you.

The guy who checked me in was amazing. He was kind and helpful. It would have been nice to know that the train was very close to us. The garbage/recycling came very early Monday morning, and that was loud. The teenagers next to us were up well after 3 am being loud, playing music, etc. It just wasnt fun. The bathrooms really needed some attention.

This was by far the worst KOA camping I have experienced. Starting with closing at 6:00pm in an area of so much going on I would think 7:00pm would be more appropriate, but that’s just my opinion. The entire campground looked a mess, the bathrooms were horrendous. My site had trash in the fire pit, driving in it just looked filthy, I never saw a yellow shirt to discuss this with. Shame on you!

We enjoyed our short break the site was nice just one negative remark the tent site had insufficient drainage so in heavy rain you got a deluge a water on your camping pitch and into the tents.

We were in town for a family wedding, so this time did not have time to take advantage of all the activities. But the people there were very friendly and the amenities were great. Thank you!

We had a tent site, the first site the tree could use a little trim. (91). We were given another site it was okay. The restroom were kept clean all day, definitely will stay there again

The best stay! It was my daughters birthday weekend and every worker we met remembered all weekend long. Told her happy birthday, gave us a great site, and even set up a happy birthday sign at our tent while we were away! A very relaxing spot in the middle of all the chaos of the dells. We will be back!!

Great location. The water park was a nice feature. I appreciate that they had staff going around to campsites after the camp store was closed. Lot's of activities too.

The staff at the Wisconsin Dells KOA was absolutely amazing, very friendly and accommodating, the location is clean and has many great activities for the kids!

Quick over night stay while traveling through. Smelly bathrooms and dirty pool compared to the KOAs that we are used to. Also, there was a lot of trash laying around on the ground. Small tent spots.

We were tent camping this time. Our hope was that we would be close to a restroom. We were not. We had to walk through someone else’s site and down a flight of stairs to get to the restroom. It was not convenient for our young child. Restrooms were nice. Pool was small for as big of a campground as it was. It was too crowded for us, so we did not stay. Wish the playground was not sand.

Overall the campground is very nice! I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the bathrooms were. The tent sites were spacious so we were able to fit both our vehicles on the lot. On Thursday night we enjoyed watching the movie at the pavilion. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed on a tent site and had such a great time! It was our kids first experience with camping and the KOA made it so special and memorable for the whole family! Our kids said their favorite Waterpark was the one at the KOA! We had some vehicle trouble during our stay, and the staff was so helpful to us! We would love to come again! Thanks for everything!

Loved the park, pool and activities were great. Bathrooms are AMAZINGLY CLEAN!!! Tons of shaded tent spots. However, they don’t tell you about being directly next to an active railroad. Lots of loud trains going by every hour or so until 11:30pm and starting again around 5am. You get used to it, but you definitely can’t hold a conversation while a train is passing.

KOA Dells is a very nice park. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Facilities are clean- we also appreciate the private bathroom with shower. Thanks for a great stay!

The service provided was above any expectations we had. The bathrooms/showers were so clean, and very well maintained. Every KOA employee was super nice, welcoming, and friendly. The option to have our ice and wood delivered directly to our site was a great added bonus that made it even more relaxing. Great place for us adults to relax and super entertaining for kids. Overall great experience.

Train tracks very close to KOA wakes you up all night long. Store does close very early 5pm may have something to do with it being off season however. Staff was friendly.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and level campsite, close the playground/pool, clean bathrooms. Cons: crowded pool, undrinkable water (bring your own it's $4/gal in the shop), a train that runs nearly continuously in the wee hours of the morning. We had neighbors who had 2 extra cars roll-in just past midnight and played beer pong until 2 am - a late night patrol by staff would have helped.

This KOA needs to get a handle on late night check-ins. Two nights in a row there campers showing up at 1 am to set up camp and being very loud until 3 am. There needs to be better communication about noise expectations for late check-ins.

Our 1st time there and overall, it was great! I will say my disappointment came when I first made my groups reservations. I was specifically told only ONE tent per campsite. I had offered to pay extra for a small one for 2 kids as other KOA'S it was not problem. The same night, a group of 8 or 9 people set up TWO LARGE tents for 2 nights right next to us. Employees came and went and did nothing.

Staff and facilities were excellent. Some neighbors at nearby camp sites did not adhere to the quiet hours but we managed through it. All in all, very please with the location and the campground in general; would stay again.

We’ve stayed at WI Dells KOA before and have had a great time. This time however, our tent site (113) was not in the best condition. The entire ground was literally at an angle. This made setting up our tent very difficult.

I VERY clearly asked for a level parking area at a tent site because we car camp. We were assigned one with NO level parking while the two empty sites on each side of our did. Why ask if I had any requests if you weren’t going to accommodate them?

Very spotty internet or no internet at all. Pool was not heated although it’s advertised as such. I had a few complaints which were not really heard by staff. They say safety is of utmost importance however when big RVs had to be escorted they were the priority not safety of children on bikes. I didn’t feel I should have to argue with a staff member in a golf cart that buses had to be moved an

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
