The people that work here are so friendly and helpful! We got here early and had no problem getting our site early. The campgrounds are kept clean, from the laundry room to the bathrooms and showers.

Friendly staff. I would have preferred a stay in the newer part of the resort. My site with out staff help was awkward to pull into. I have a 44' plus tow...and I told the staff my size when I requested a reservation. So assistance would have been nice. The staff suggested assistance but because I was not familiar with the park thought I could land by myself.

sites where very small compared to what it showed on the website our toy hauler and our vehical didnt fit had to park on the grass and when we would drop the door down on our toy hauler to get the motorcycles out and way the lots where staggered was super uncomfortable as you where right next to the neighbors sitting on their patio im sure the loved firing up harleys right next to them lol

Clean, friendly campground. Great Wifi the staff went way out of their way to ensure a great camping experience. They even had a fundraiser for the children.

Absolutely AMAZING! Eric the General Manager goes Above and Beyond for everyone! His team dynamics shout the same! We have stayed at many KOAS and the workmanship and cleanliness speak volumes over any other with no comparison! Recommending to Everyone!

Try to pick nicer sites when not crowded. We were asked to park in a very undesirable site when there were 75% of the park empty. They did move us to a much better site when asked. In the same price range.

There is a dog park at the entrance that is small, but it worked. There is a much larger dog park in the newer area, but it was full of holes and dog poop, so we only went once. There also wasn't any place to park if you drove over to it. The whole campground was clean and in good repair. We would absolutely stay again. The internet was the best of any campground we've stayed in.

I rated it 5 star because of Checkin. I was impressed how personable and accomodating the guy was. It wasn't just me, they were kind to everyone! Also, the surrounding campers were nice too. I like the text event reminders they send on occasion.

Very well kept park. Stayed in new area with large pull. Short drive to downtown and attractions. From check in office to site is a bit of a challenge with a large rig but doable. Separate exit only in the new area is perfect. There is train noise but more of a rumble; no horns.

4 night stay. Campsite was a patio pull through with plenty of room and easy access located on the ‘high’ side of the KOA. Train noise mentioned elsewhere was barely perceptible. Short drive to all amenities the Dells has to offer.

Had a great stay!! Eric and his staff were fabulous! We attended the wine and cheese social, stopping in for dining suggestions and interactive with several staff members. Communication through texting was top notch. During a tornado scare we were advised where to go and the urgently was conveyed quickly and efficiently! This is our go-to in the Dells!

We loved this campground. Our patio site was nice. We didn’t use any of the amenities but they all looked great. The staff was super kind and helpful.

Grounds were a mix of new and old but well kept and tidy. Pool and splash pad was a great place to cool down, pool area was inviting. This campground had the best wifi we have experienced at any campground at 380Mbps.

We stayed here for 3 nights unknowingly right next to the railroad. Our patio site was roomy and right next to the bathhouse but I am very unlikely to stay again because of the train traffic. The bathroom/shower combo is a great idea but if you are just using the toilet then plan on getting wet feet. Would be better to have the two separated into two different areas versus together. Very cramped.

Fabulous campground with so many options for your stay. The main office was staffed with friendly helpful people. Next time through, I will definitely stay here.

Love the convenience to downtown dells and the attractions. The campground is very clean and we'll maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always smiling which makes my day start out great, and they even offer free coffee, you can give a donation if you want. The pool is heated and clean. Had biscuits and gravy one morning which was yummy. Had a great time will definitely recommend and.

Great campground if your kids love water! My only wish was that they shut off the splash pad when the pool closed. We were across from the pool area and I kept thinking it was raining!! Some spots are skinny but it was a great place to stay. (Bring your ear plugs for the trains)

Cabin was nice, beds were comfortable but blankets were scratchy. There was no kleenex in the cabin and internet was slow, glitchy and mostly didn't work. I believe the pool is advertised as heated but it was quite chilly! Overall it was just a place to stay for us close to things we were doing so worked out well.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Daniel and the entire KOA team, for making our Halloween getaway so special. We will definitely be back! 🎃❤️

Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
