Awesome campground! Close to many attractions and lots of activities. Bathrooms were a little dirty, especially in the evenings after a day of use.

The city surroundings were loud at times with the train and cars on the next road. Our site had nice shade and the kids enjoyed the pool. Facilities were cleaned regularly and staff were friendly.

We had a large group over three sites with lots of kids. One tent one rv and one cabin. All were clean and well maintained. Washrooms and showers were clean. The staff were amazing - friendly and informative. We stayed a week and no-one had any complaints about the campground. Only hesitation about recommending is the train track across the road is quite loud and busy.

Except for train shaking our Rv, everyone was very nice and ready to help with anything. Will back train or no train wonderful place .

Very good place to stay with kids. Lots to do—riding bikes/scooters down hills, playground, pool/ splash pad, basketball, etc.

Nice campground. Clean and friendly staff. Sites are narrow, but had a nice patio area. Roads are narrow for 2 way traffic for larger motorhomes. Great Location.

Everything is great and we will definitely stay again when visiting the Wisconsin Dells . . . one constructive comment is that the old seesaw needs to be replaced with a new seesaw with the safety mechanisms . . . we saw 3 or 4 kids get hurt every day on the seesaw (and one of them was our 7 year old daughter, nasty bruises) . . . often crying and running back to their sites.

We were only in town for 2 nights. I think that the price is a little high but KOA's always seem much higher than other rv parks. The location was great and I liked getting texts with optional activity reminders. The sites are super close together but we were there for the entertainment outside the park so that didn't matter. Overall it's a nice place with a good location.

Great place to stay close to all things in Wis Dells. The campground is a little tight but manageable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Shawn and Brandon were awesome very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay again.

Site was very uneven. Really didn’t appreciate the fact that there was no mention of the train waking us up at least 3 times every night. Restrooms were very inconvenient and awkwardly laid out. Interesting that you can still charge $94 a night for all that luxury. Will not be back

Brandon was so amazing , extremely friendly and helpful , genuinely cares about his guests, even though Shawn was new to campground he was very kind and helpful, the park was very clean and well maintained, our site was right across from office but the checking in and out did not disrupt our good time, pool was clean and water temperature was perfect, campfire Kevin was fun, LOVE KOA

What a great time at the KOA Dells. Everyone was so helpful. Bathrooms/ Showers were perfect and to top it off, our youngest met Brandon who works there, & he always took time to stop & chat to her.

Booked 3 nights in a "Deluxe Patio Pull Through Site". Campground website picture shows a paver patio site with chairs and a grill. (Picture on left) What we got was a picnic table on a cement pad. (Picture on right) Moved sites as we were next to a gaggle of unsupervised children. Ended up in a back in site. Description also states "effortless" arrival and departure. This is true AFTER you squeeze through the initial untrimmed trees. IMO this is deceptive advertising and we feel like we got ripped off. Were only refunded $40. Campground is clean. Laundry facilities are okay. Shower house is okay, but a little small. LOTS of unsupervised littles running amok. Close to downtown and local activities

I can't speak for the cabins because we brought our RV but the campground was great! We were near the seasonal sites and it was peaceful, near the pickle ball courts which are very nice and a doable walk to the pool. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience staying here with our group. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool/splash pad along with the complimentary coffee each morning. The only downside was that it is right next to the Amtrak train tracks. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest grabbing a pair of complimentary earplugs from the office.
