Clean campground. Staff were friendly and eager to help you. Escorting you to your camp site was added touch as was delivery of firewood or ice.

This KOA does not have Holiday accommodations or amenities and should not be labeled as one. There's no activities, events, walking trails or nature areas. The pool, bathrooms, and showers need repair and deep cleaning. Roads are narrow, not maintained, saw several close calls. The pool and general store are too small. Where are all the trees? There's nothing but stumps in the original section.

It was a very clean place and located close to everything, we were in new section, construction and trains made it not very relaxing, construction is temporary but the trains were ridiculous. Friendly staff was a plus.

Stayed in the brand new section... spacious sites, quiet, full hookup. There was an issue with the new water faucet but the park resolved that within minutes of me reporting it.

Great location, older part is cramped with other RVs, while the new part of the park looks like a parking lot and is far from the main areas. The store is awesome and the Employees are very friendly.

We have stayed at this KOA many times over the years without any problems but this time our reservation got messed up. We called ahead to say we would be arriving late but there wasn't envelope for our sight when we arrived �. We have had a rough day already and this really sucked. The bathrooms are outdated and the train runs all hours of the night and day right in front of the campground. Our site was at the entrance even though we mentioned that it was noisy. They just played off the fact that the train was noisy like it was just a normal thing. I probably would not stay there again.

The new camping area is excellent! Very clean and easy to access. We have stayed here before and knew about the trains and that is not an issue. Only disappointment is "Pet Play" areas by the camper. There were unattended dogs barking quite a few times during our stay as early as 6:30am. Not sure of a solution but maybe a reminder at check-in, and signs on fences not to leave dogs unattende

Stayed for an overnight, it was a large pull thru. Perfect! However, we arrived late after office hours. We navigated the map okay. The roads in that campground are so small. Navigating the map, and the roads to our site with a 36’ class A was a bit tricky. Probably the hardest campground I’ve ever had to get into at night. Staff was nice when we chatted in the morning. We would come back.

Beautiful campground. Our site was dirty with dirt all over the patio but that was because they were redoing the retention pond. I would have expected a better clean up before we used the lot. But all in all the campground is very nice.

Well maintained, clean bathrooms & showers, very nice camp store. We were in the new area. Only downside is the noise from the freight & Metra trains going by, about 100 yards from the campsite.

The spots are so small, we couldn’t even set up our screen tent. Dog parks aren’t clean, I understand it’s the owners not picking up after. Still didn’t want my dogs running around in it. Splash pad was a big hit, wish the store would carry noodles for the pool to buy. Not one of the better KOA I have stayed at. Staff were very friendly. Trains shook the RV in the middle of the night. We love going to KOA campgrounds! We came with two other families, the sites here are a bit tight, made it difficult to have a fire with more than two people sitting around it. The office staff we encountered were not the friendliest or very helpful. The pool could use some updates, the bottom is very rough.

Highlights: new dog park area! Improvements: Entrance is not big rig friendly! Tight corners to get to newly constructed area. Should direct big rigs into new exit. Many sites in new area temporarily flooded after a heavy rain. Drainage ponds in front of patio sites. With green pollen on surface. Fire pit in concrete three feet from opened slide. Design flaw. Site 21. Better in Baraboo.

Delay in taking us to our site. No shade during really hot weather — plus backed up right below the dog park Would have asked for another site if I’d known it was below the dog park. Site was not level & there was really no way to go forward or backward to get level .

If you’re a big rig class A with four slides and your put in the old part of the campground your not going to be happy. Sites are super tight. Grass hadn’t been mowed in days and was act6 inches tall around the coach. Fire hazard oh you use a Auqa Hot since the exhaust burns the grass! As a KOA VIP we were very disappointed in this park. Stayed in KOA journeys that were in better shape!

Office staff were pleasant. Upon arrival I requested a spot in the new, lower, section. I was informed that none were available and I was given a spot in the upper section. This spot #80 was not wide enough for a motor home with 4 slides. I had to walk under the one neighbors awning to get by and step over the other neighbors water line. I had to move the table to get to my propane tank.

Beautiful park. If you are a family with children, we highly recommend staying here. We're an older couple and did not use any of the amenities available but they certainly looked inviting. Only negative was that our site was right at the entrance which just happens to be right across from the railroad tracks. However, it did not affect our sleep as we carry a sound machine just for this issue

We stay every year at this KOA when we come to the Wisconsin dells. We loved our stay and our only disappointment was that the campground no longer takes our trash but otherwise things were wonderful and clean

I understand your wanting to expand and grow but we weee on B17 and just found it to be muddy and full of weeds There were plenty of developed sites in other parts of the campground and I wish that we could have been assigned one of those for our three day stay If we stay here in the future we will definitely ask for a site in better condition

We were in the new area that just opened. Site was long enough for 45’motorhome towing. Due to torrential rains our patio was underwater. Not every site was flooded. Drainage needs to be addressed on sites S19 & 20. We will come again and request a different site.

Great visit. Campground near all the Dells action. Sites were a little close together but that's okay - campground was very clean and well designed. Best part - ALL staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Great little store, too. Thanks for a memorable trip!

We stayed July 11 - July 13 in one of the new back in sites and had a good time cooking over the fire pit and sitting by the fire. Site was level, wide and well kept. It did not bother us, but you're close to a train track that runs several times throughout the day.

The staff wasn’t all that welcoming, the campground was nice and had a lot of things for us and the kids to do. But the staff wasn’t very friendly and it made us feel like we were bothering them anytime we had a question or to go into the store to talk to any of them. Other than that the campground was nice and the sites are decent enough! It’s very close to plenty of awesome things to do.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Daniel and the entire KOA team, for making our Halloween getaway so special. We will definitely be back! 🎃❤️

Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
