Very nice people it was very full with labor day weekend only issue we had was steep hill comes up yo blind sporting front of you can't see the road and if you don't like train noise it's very loud I happen to like that.

3 rv sites, one cabin, and 1 tent site. They were all very clean, flat or level sites. The cabin had all the necessary items and a beautiful patio with a gas grill. The staff was very friendly and was able to help us with all our needs. They even delivered the wood. At this koa for two years now and will be planning for the stay. Water was undrinkable due to chemicals we brought drinking water.

This KOA did not disappoint. The site was amazing with poured concrete, fire pit w/ rocking chairs, a composite table, chairs, grill.shower/bathrooms were decorated very nicely and were private, individual ones! They had an issue with the water, it tested high nitrates but they provided bottled water to us. Everyone was so nice except one older lady, whom seemed possessive over the bottled water.

We enjoyed our stay in B area I hope that in the future there are plans to add some privacy landscaping in between the RV spots and the RV and the street. When viewing the drawings for the new area online, the privacy greenery was already in place. You need to update the videos of the property you have online. Too many barking dogs. Trains are constant so are cars drag racing. Awesome staff +++!

This is our third or fourth time staying here. Unfortunately this time we were very disappointed. The group next to us did not abide be the quiet time and was very loud between the movie, music and talking/yelling they were loud until after 4am. No one one in our campsite got much sleep. The after hours line was not working so I left a voicemail on the office line. Noone in the office did anything

our site ended up being quite small and face to face with our neighbor (our doors opened to their doors). The staff is extremely attentive and friendly and very easy to reach. The amenities seemed great though we did not utilize them due to weather and a short stay. We would recommend Wis Dells KOA and also stay again if our travels warrant!

Hated the unisex bathrooms. Shower curtains were filthy and the floors were always wet. The train running is awful noisy. Location to downtown Dells is super close.

Very nice, very relaxing place to stay. Beautiful camp ground with its trilevel camping. Nice clean showers and bathrooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to all the the fun things to do. I will definitely stay here again.

We have used this campground for several overnight stays, but this was the first time we stayed on the new addition to the campground and we loved it. Sites are spacious and level. We are planning on a week stay next season!

The staff was fantastic and the camp area was great. BUT- the train tracks were an issue. From 8:30 at night to the train at 5:30am there 7 trains. Amtrak to freight made for a non-sleeping night. Not a great place for a KOA.

Nice layout of sites. None too close. The new, lower section was great. I especially loved the very, very large K9 Kamp — as did my three dogs. Also, very convenient to attractions. Last, I am a train buff and loved hearing/seeing the trains go by.

Site was small, staff wasn't friendly, grill was broken and falling apart, sewer hook up pipe was broken with a sharp point sticking up, people parked everywhere with vehicles sticking out in the road making it difficult to get around

This is a beautiful campground with lots of character. Our only complaint was with the size of the sight. Too close to the neighbors. Other than that no issues and a great stay!

We stayed here a few years ago and our grandkids enjoyed the pool.. This time the brand new section was complete and we really enjoyed the roomy sites. This KOA is so convenient to everything in the Dells - boat trips, Rick Wilcox theater, Rivers Edge Pub (not the one in downtown, but the original one),and of course, downtown Dells. The staff is friendly abd helpful.

Cons: Maintenance is minimal (lots of weeds, rutted and uneven gravel roads and paths). Our site was on the railroad side of the campground. Trains mostly came through at night and were VERY loud. Pros: Staff and neighbors were friendly. Good location to visit the Dells.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Daniel and the entire KOA team, for making our Halloween getaway so special. We will definitely be back! 🎃❤️

Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
